To provide innovative and cost effective IT services, software systems and solutions to companies including Madiston's service companies.

To provide online marketplaces for the trading of loans, mortgages, skills, businesses, equity investment, and others, providing direct access for "the man in the street" and small companies.

To deliver significant benefits to our customers and return on investment for our shareholders.

Strategy:
Based on our many years of experience we deliver professional IT services and quality web applications, software and solutions, to clients, particularly in the Financial Services sector.

We like the concept of crowdfunding with its social aspect, the getting together of a number of people, usually unknown to each other, to fund something. We base some of our online marketplaces (e.g. lending and borrowing) on this principle.

We also offer strategic support to IT services vendors in a consultancy capacity to position the companies for international expansion or the next "corporate transaction" relevant to their development.
