Madiston's latest venture is www.lendloaninvest.co.uk which is in its final preparations before launch.

http://www.lendloaninvest.co.uk is Madiston's website for social lending and borrowing (sometimes called peer-to-peer lending & borrowing or P2P lending). 

The comprehensive software application has been developed over the last two years and will soon be ready to compete in the online, peer-to-peer, social lending and borrowing marketplace. 

The UK market for online personal unsecured loans currently consists of Zopa and three new entrants since June last year, which are live in the UK today. Zopa has been operating in the UK for 5 years and has recently announced that they have over 500,000 users registered on their web site. They have been lending in the region of £1.5m per week recently.

Of the three new entrants, RateSetter is notable. After 6 months of operations they have matched over £3.7m of loans and have 26,000 members on their site.

Madiston has been granted its Consumer Credit Licence No. 636833/1 and is now involved in putting the finishing touches to the software and the web site.
